If it is a part problem, we will mail (express transportation) new parts for replacement free of charge(we will provide 5-6 additional spare parts in the packaging of all products). The size in the pictures make it look bigger than it actually is. The measurements in the descriptions are accurate. This install was a process, because each leaf needs to be placed individually, so it took some time. The end result in an empty room was that it was too small and I was thinking of returning it. Once I got furniture in the room, the perspective changed, and its perfect. The size, the style, everything. I've gotten so many compliments on it!My friends love this chandelier!
