Warranty Policy

All products purchased from Oasislamp include a 2-year limited warranty, except for light bulbs (consumable parts). If your product experiences a failure caused by manufacturing defects or material issues during the warranty period, please contact us as soon as possible and we will assist you with troubleshooting and replacement parts.

How to Request Warranty Service

  1. Email us at support@oasislamp.com with your order number.
  2. Include clear photos or videos showing the issue, and a brief description of what happened.
  3. Our customer service team will respond within 12 hours during service hours. We will guide you through troubleshooting and confirm the required solution.

Warranty Solution

  • If the issue is confirmed to be covered by warranty, we will provide replacement parts at no cost.
  • Replacements typically involve sending the defective component only (for example: crystals, screws, connectors, or other parts), rather than an entirely new product, when the remaining parts are intact.
  • We include additional spare parts in the packaging for all products to help with installation and long-term use.
  • Replacement parts are shipped via express transportation when appropriate.

Installation Guidance

For safe installation and best performance, we strongly recommend using a professional lighting installer. If you experience installation-related connection issues, please contact us with photos or videos and we will help you troubleshoot. Our team will respond within 12 hours during service hours.

Warranty Exclusions

This warranty does not cover damage or failures resulting from:

  • Misuse, abuse, improper handling, or unauthorized modifications.
  • Improper installation, incorrect wiring, or installation by non-qualified personnel.
  • Normal wear and tear, cosmetic damage, or consumable items such as light bulbs.
  • Accidents, power surges, fire, flooding, earthquakes, storms, or other natural disasters.

Please keep the fixture and all components in good condition while waiting for replacement parts.
