Returns & Exchanges

• We accept returns for defective and non-defective products, as long as the item is new and unused and returned in its original packaging.
• We accept exchanges for eligible items.
• Eligible product condition: New and unused only (either unopened in original packaging or never been used).
• Return window: 30 days from the delivery date.

Eligibility Requirements

• Returned items must be new and unused, and include the original packaging with all parts and accessories.
• For non-defective returns (e.g., change of mind), the item must be unused and in original packaging.
• For defective or damaged items, please contact us as soon as possible with photos of the product and packaging so we can assist you.
• Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery.

How to Start a Return

1. Email us at support@oasislamp.com with your order number and the item(s) you would like to return or exchange.
2. After your request is approved, we will provide a return label for you to download and print.
3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging and attach the provided return label.
4. Ship the package using the instructions provided in the return authorization email.

• Restocking fee: No cost.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method.

• Refund processing time: within 10 days after the returned item is received and inspected.
• Bank processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

Exchanges

We accept exchanges within the 30-day window for eligible items that are new and unused and returned in original packaging. Please contact us to arrange an exchange.
