Although the package included an extra set of spare parts, one piece was damaged during installation due to an error by my electrician. I contacted the seller, and they promptly sent a replacement parts package. Excellent customer service and a great shopping experience! Main reason I purchased this natural Spanish marble chandelier is to avoid crystal chandelier due to high levels of toxic Lead being added to it. Package arrived in great shape and installation was very smooth.I must say that this has elevated our kitchen, dining place & stands apart. Got very good reviews from friends & family.
