If it is a part problem, we will mail (express transportation) new parts for replacement free of charge(we will provide 5-6 additional spare parts in the packaging of all products). In case of poor product contact due to improper early installation, our technical experts will also solve your problem within 12 hours (We strongly recommend that you choose professional lighting personnel for installation).
Note:Replacements do not entail sending an entirely new product. If the other parts of the fixture (e.g., crystals, screws, bulbs, etc.) are intact, we will only resend the defective components. Love the solid build, the look. This was exactly what I was looking for! I bought total of 4 sconces. They came securely packaged. Two went on my staircase, one into the powder room, and one was hung in the hallway. I took some picture with light on and off to give the idea. It a great size, though I would probably want the to be 2-3” longer. Still looks awesome. I highly recommend it.

These are beautiful, I’m now on my 5th one for a second home! I do use my own bulbs providing cool light for more brightness as the provided bulbs are warm light and quite dim due to the density of the alabaster stone.
