If there is any product failure during the warranty period, please contact us at the first time support@oasislamp.com. Send us the product problems you encounter in the form of pictures or videos. If it is a part problem, we will mail (express transportation) new parts for replacement free of charge(we will provide 5-6 additional spare parts in the packaging of all products). In case of poor product contact due to improper early installation, our technical experts will also solve your problem within 12 hours (We strongly recommend that you choose professional lighting personnel for installation).
Note:Replacements do not entail sending an entirely new product. If the other parts of the fixture (e.g., crystals, screws, bulbs, etc.) are intact, we will only resend the defective components. Kindly ensure proper care and storage of the fixture while waiting for the replacement parts. Please understand that product problems caused by man-made damage or natural disasters do not comply with our warranty policy. It is very heavy duty, the wiring was spot on, and of course it just looks like it belongs in a museum. We had it professionally installed as there was no wiring in the wall, we wanted it on.
