Product warranty:All our products have a 2-year warranty (except bulbs). Please rest assured. If there is any product failure during the warranty period, please contact us at the first time support@oasislamp.com. Send us the product problems you encounter in the form of pictures or videos. Our customer service representative will reply within 12 hours. We will communicate specific issues with you. If it is a part problem, we will mail (express transportation) new parts for replacement free of charge(we will provide 5-6 additional spare parts in the packaging of all products). In case of poor product contact due to improper early installation, our technical experts will also solve your problem within 12 hours (We strongly recommend that you choose professional lighting personnel for installation).
Note:Replacements do not entail sending an entirely new product. If the other parts of the fixture (e.g., crystals, screws, bulbs, etc.) are intact, we will only resend the defective components. Please understand that product problems caused by man-made damage or natural disasters do not comply with our warranty policy. RECOMMENDATION:Thumbs Up: Looks very regal with a thick, natural alabaster shadeTHE GOOD:1. The light looks extremely good and very high end, especially in a modern or transitional décor.2. Keep in mind that this sconce uses a real, mined alabaster marble shade. That makes it heavy and the shade is likely a lot thicker than you would expect. The natural variations in the marble look great.3. This sconce uses a G9 socket bulb and is dimmable. G9’s are readily available on Amazon. They do include an 8watt bulb but you can replace this with a higher output bulb if more light is desired (we did).4. As long as you use a dimmable light bulb, you can dim the light via a wall dimming switch. The included bulb is dimmable.5. Everything is included to mount the light to a JBox.6. The metal construction is in brushed antique bronze and looks very solid and stately.7. If you do replace the bulbs, be sure to buy what color temp you want and also how bright you want it to be. If you don’t have a wall dimmer attached, no need to buy dimmable bulbs.THE BAD:1. Most of the specs on the Amazon ad are incorrect. Use the info at the top of the ad as that is accurate.2. Nothing so far – looks great.
