- We include additional spare parts in the packaging for all products to help with installation and long-term use.
- Replacement parts are shipped via express transportation when appropriate.

Warranty Exclusions
This warranty does not cover damage or failures resulting from:

- Normal wear and tear, cosmetic damage, or consumable items such as light bulbs.
- Accidents, power surges, fire, flooding, earthquakes, storms, or other natural disasters.
