If it is a part problem, we will mail (express transportation) new parts for replacement free of charge(we will provide 5-6 additional spare parts in the packaging of all products). Note:Replacements do not entail sending an entirely new product. If the other parts of the fixture (e.g., crystals, screws, bulbs, etc.) are intact, we will only resend the defective components. Please understand that product problems caused by man-made damage or natural disasters do not comply with our warranty policy.
