If it is a part problem, we will mail (express transportation) new parts for replacement free of charge(we will provide 5-6 additional spare parts in the packaging of all products). Note:Replacements do not entail sending an entirely new product. If the other parts of the fixture (e.g., crystals, screws, bulbs, etc.) are intact, we will only resend the defective components.
